sbi is the biggest bank. but is staff needs to be trained about the behaviour towards customer like the private banks.

I totally aggree with what Ratnamanjari mentioned. The staff are are not upto the minimum standards.

I agree with this....
In towns/small cities... they dont bother about customer.. In rural area They makes customer fool. They feel that they are helping public by keeping their money.

They work as if they are doing a favour to the customer. To them Customer's time is nothing, there chit-chat, tea time etc. is always important

these are government chaps..
they are like dogs tail.. the more u press more crooked it apprears...
so forget it until its privatised.
