Very true, human beings are a little bit corrupt by nature. Many people would not accept that but that indeed is a bitter truth. In the least corrupt nations, the same human beings stay but they don't engage in corruption because administration is strict there. The same people who spit on the roads and throw their waste on roads in India become well mannered in developed countries.

if you think a bit, legalising certain corruption as "service fees" might actually help get work done.
Because short of constitutional acceptance, it's de facto the law of the land.

Why pay extra for the service which we are already paying for? Why not put the system in young hands who will strengthen the law system?

"in fact the non currupt nations a are not human" pls dont mind, but your statement shows that you have a very cynical approach towards human nature! Why cant you accept that if one set of people CAN be un-corroupt then another set of people CAN BE, if they put in efforts and logical systems in place.

Sorry but your words suggest that human beings are losers by all degrees of measures!

is there any indian who is non corrupt?? even the prime minister accepts gifts.. lol .. me .. i take it as it comes.. if there is some idiot who wants to pay for me to shut up or do my duty which any way i would do . why not accept and please the man.. let him fill his ego that he managed to get things done wiyj cash..... which would have anyways been done without.. look at income tax refund for instance.. these are now streamlined and automatic, the refund goes to your bank by ecs.. and yet the c.a. makes people believe that there is a price to be paid if you want the return, so he blocks the refund and demands the money which he shares with the ito , or look at some driver breaking a red light.. if he has a genuine excuse the cop lets him go, but then he still puts a fifty rupee note in his licence and gives it to the cop.. ,, now please understand and accept india as it is....... it is our way of life..
