It is great to note that corruption has not increased in India since 2006. It's rate is static now. I thought by the change of government in different states corruption rate will go up. Thanks to regional leaders that they are behaving allright ! Now we have to eye on central leaders-----

Newly elected governments in different states has incresed corruption to make up the lose. Central people's exploitation reduced because of lack of new schemes. Hence the totlal result remained same. Or may be Indian corrupt class has brived this servey commity to report false. HiHiHiHiHi
