Koi batado ki yeh Pay hike IFCI ke employees ke liye laagu hoga ka nahi.....

IFCI is a semi government company as of now...and I got a job there and will be joining there as a fresher....

So package badhega ki nahi???any idea??

Hey, news just came in, saying that even semi government companies are eligible for this pay hike. you are lucky. you will get a 40% hike of your salary

you wil get pay hike though the IFCI is in huge loss and debt!who is going to pay for the debt and losses syffered by the IFCI!

no idea bro...but from wat I know is...IFCI is making profits since more thn a year now, and govt. granted some money also in the budget to IFCI to cover its NPA`s...

I beleive gradually, IFCI mite show gud profits...
