who says india is a poor / developing country. such hefty loan waivers and pay hikes - india is big shot.... what is the end result - how much has india progressed / developed ? political stunt. the govenment employees themselves fix the percentage of pay increase and they themsemves pass the increament..
put this to the general public to pass it and then see the results / outcome ...
