yah..do they deserve?what is the effect of pc on work culture in totality on cg employees?it should be studied first before offering them pay hike.after pc,the work culture never improves,in fact it deteriorates.corruption increases in proportion to pay scales.the work will never be done to the common man on time.and politicians will always be there to protect corruption to meet their own ends.the country goes on like with no accountability from any quarter of the govt........

Dear what ever industry you are in, I am pretty sure if you do analysis any one can say that you are over paid.
