there are sum companies which offer a meagre salary like Rs. 8,500/- per month to a highly skilled M.Pharma degree holder.. that's bad... they must also get gud salary so that everybody is happy and when everybody happy..country prosper.. and when country prosper....pakistan jealous

It depends on supply demand. Currently IT and MBA guys are getting more. Later trend may change to Pharma. Then IT guys will be cribbing. You cannot standardize salaries across different industries only for a particular industry
