Year by year, ppl are taking up this issue without considering the fact that these figures are the ones converted in rupees from dollar salaries. 1.44 crore or the 360000$ salary appears to be much, but then consider this that most of this part(almost half) is binus component, so if u ignore it, u end up wth $180000, remove the taxes from it, the high cost of living and then whats the final figure..? i believe that will be comparable to what some INDIAN execs are getting.. so no big deal about all this...
