Realty prices have started rising since 2006. Land has become scarce for the locals due to the investments from 'outsiders' (mean all possible ways) and the price. Only air and water are ours. M'lore is going to become a great tourist destination due to the - unexplored - scenic beauty in & around. As far as the name is concerned, let it be KUDLA or KODIAL as this place belongs to TULUVAs & KONKANIs.

Dont say the place belongs tuluvas & konkanis, it belongs to all communities whether it is hindu mulsim or christian. & i am a proud Mangalorean.
