"The geek who changed the world" is not at all a geek! We worship success; in 1972, countries who treated India with contempt suddenly got a new respect for us after the Bangladesh war. Gates didn't invent DOS or GUIs (he bought QDOS - "quick and dirty OS", from a small company, Xerox scientists discovered the mouse, Apple developed these concepts but were too short- sighted to let others use their OS) but he made the right moves. This much we can appreciate, but not Microsoft's monopolistic behaviour and violation of laws. These are not my opinions. I am just writing down facts I read about over the years. You can find out the facts yourself from the Web. Please don't blame me.
