They are not for writing. Just showpiece to show off. If you buy it do not forget to buy a Rs.10 ball pen in case if you want to write something.

That is EXACTLY THE POINT, DUMBO!!! Why would ANYONE pay $730,000 for a PEN, just to write?!?!? Obviously it is a showpiece, just like you have super-expensive watches studded with diamonds and what not, you don't buy those watches to look at the time, surely! Thay are all showpieces for the rich and famous (and not-so-famous)!

About as useless as a Monet or a Picasso. There are so many cheaper things to cover the walls. And so many cheaper things to write.

If you are looking for something to write, go to the corner Nakoda or Premji Hirji Provision Store.

But if you are looking for an investment that will give you great pleasure and eventually fantastic returns, then do go and buy a Monet or one of these pens.
