its almost official, folks- commie-congie's 3 step policy:
1- collect all kinds of taxes into central and all congie-commie-ruled states' treasuries
2- loot & plunder the treasuries; transfer the money to personal ac's, in tax-haven countries
3- once public comes to know, hide your face from tv/papers for 6 weeks
4- PUBLIC FORGETS: REPEAT STEPS 1/2/3 ABOVE, FOR FIVE YEARS
