why are they paying this much money to US 1st and 2nd year college students to visit india and train in infy for 2 months? is it on par with atleast the starting salary of infy engineers?

the pay is according to pay structures in respective countries. they are not out to deliver justice. they are a commercial entity who will do whats required of them for the respective markets
