These populist and bombastic projects will fall apart in a commie/Islam ruled Bengal.
1. Mamta witch will start senseless agitations and strikes under the name of land acquisition for "poor illegal bangladeshi invading farmers".
2. The slacker rice eating lazy babus will watch the show abiding the bandh 100% and stay indoors.
3. To achieve break even ROI on this investment for promoters and contractors will take another 200 years. The tickets on those routes will be a meagre Rs 5 as the "poverty stricken public of calcutta" will be unable to bear Re 1 hike. So another round of blockades and strikes.
If i were an investor, i would move these projects to stable states like Punjab,Gujrat,AP or Maharastra wher ROI is guranteed in few years. Who will invest to face losses?
Wait till those IT companies who have set up shops in Kolkutta move somewhere else. Let the babus celebrate 24 by 7 bandhs and holidays.
