It is probably a good decision to build that sort of infra-structure within the city. However, it is difficult to predict based on the known BANDH-activities of the Left front if the reality is coming true on a finite time scale. All I can say is that at least the decision is million times better than developing the rail link between India and Bangladesh. The rail-link and the bus-link are now making a easy rout for Jihadis to infiltrate India.
