The lowest i have paid for petrol is Rs 1.18.ps in 1973 in Delhi.I used to get 4 ltrs of petrol with Oil for my scooter. I remember because after paying a Rs. 5.0 note we would get back 28 paise AND if the bunkwala gave us 25 paise we would argue to get the 3 paise also !!
