Why would an indian put a picture of a traffic jam when talking about india??? If this article is written by an Indian, then shame on him/her for this..

The symbol all also shows how much we waste the most important resource of this world with a super inefficient road system. If we just concentrate on our road network, I bet we will able to save a significant amount of Oil consumption.

is wasting oil through "Indian traffic jam" is more significant to fueling SUV's in developed nations? I guess you are another pathetic NRI

you are absolutely right. In India we DONT waste oil for anything otherthan "TRAFFIC JAMS". Hence insane rediff posted that picture. In other countries they need fuel for everything. Its not the case in India. We still believe in human power for many day-to-day activities.
BTW, doesnt it prove rediff is BIASED towards Indian respect always(whether its oil consumption photos, or nuclear issue). It looks rediff is run by bunch of Taliban/ISI morons
