America's per capita income is $46,040. It's the 15th-highest in the world.

1. USA has a population equal to all these 10 countries put together. If each person earns $46000.00 per year, just imagine the country's actual wealth.
2. USA has a taxed income unlike majority of these 10 countries. In most of these countries including Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Qatar, etc. money laundering is rife. Most people who stay or are supposed citizens of these places are either millionaires in their actual countries of origin or make millions managing funds for these millionaires.
Qatar is a surprise in the list as it is a well known fact that among the Middle Eastern countries UAE and Kuwait are much more richer. The average per capita income of a Abu Dhabi native (Abu Dhabi is one of the emirates in the UAE) is estimated to be USD$ 17 million ; while Kuwaitis too have similar incomes.
