What are the parameters ? This report of the World Bank is baseless and wrong. Per capita Income of India is much lower. It is not even 15000. There are 1000s of labours working for Rs.60/- a day or even less.

Read again.. it says per annum not monthly!! if a labour earns Rs 60/day it he/she will be making 18780-21900 per year.. and this is average.. so even mukesh ambani's income should be taken into account!
