These are all service based companies. No innovation & R&D. They are able to produce even one messaging service.

All the coolie works, Donkey Load,Dirt from US and Europe gets dumped in these so called "software companies of India" .

You may find Huge Money Dude.
But Where is the job Satisfaction that is the reason these companies even after spending fortune of money over employees cannot retain them.
Try to be innovative rather than just copy paste junkies.
