The Government should first impose high taxes, not only on cigarettes and liquor, but also on those who smoke and drink. The damage done by smokers and drunkards to the society at large exceeds the damage done by Reliance or other private companies. But in our country, the biggest drunkards are black money owners.

How about having windfall tax on slums and street hawkers who encroach public land and hence force people to spend more fuel in traffic jams
