IMPOSE ON MINISTERS

THE WPT SHOULD BE IMPOSED ON ALL THE MINISTERS ACCORDING TO THEIR PORTFOLIOS AS THEY EARN MOST SOON AFTER GETTING THE PORTFOLIOS . SECOND IT SHOULD BE IMPOSED ON THOSE MP AND MLA WHO CHANGE SIDE ON HORSE TRADING
