My previous employer is not giving my form 16 and is draging the matter, even written a regd letter to TDS commisoner of the company with a copy to the company, but still no repsones.. any advise pls for this law abiding citizen..

hope u too hav tht mail saved....or mayb in ur outbox..jus keep it safe in case of any penalties u can sue ur employer..!!

File a return based on the figures you have. You have written the letter,that is all you can do.
