Not only Best..They don't know their value of their work. They prefer to work for 1/4 of compensation.

thats the sole reason why NZBank has outsourced their work to india, to counter rising costs..they outsource to India where the quality of work good and pay compared to onsite workers is lower. So pls stop btching around be glad that the projects are landed in India, very soon..companies will outsource work to other cheaper cost centres like phiilipines and china..This happened with Apple shutting shop in India due to high running costs.

An IIM professor gets just 45-50 k,while his counterpart in US ( less knowledgeable ),gets 5 times more than he gets.
