Koi bhi country perfect nahi hota hain. Usko perfect banana padta hain. The western countries started in caves 3000 yrs back and now see how 100% literacy transformed them. In india literacy is growing and so will development due to it. See how much progress we made since 1947.

yes and dont forget filthy people spittin paan and takin a ppp on the roads and people hornin loke animals and no regard for any civic sense or dicipline ,dream on dude progress is not multiplexes and malls its about livin stdrds, india will always be a cottupt 3 rd world few steps ahead of bangla and pak
