It does not matter dude. The IT industry has many criminals, a good percentage of them (both male and female) have illicit sexual relations, many of them booze, some commit atrocities on women, and some IT men in Bangalore even killed their wifes. The call center people are not different. The politicians who rule this country are greatest thugs.
Summary is that all sorts of people exist in all fields.
The subject discussed here is about IT, economy and outsourcing. This guy is a good thinker and executor, he transformed a loss making firm into a profitable one. Appreciate his knowledge, insight, and hardwork.

No wonder with people like you, India is going completely without morals. How would you feel if your daughter worked in a company and boss forced her to bed. Will you give award to her boss for doing good job to company?

So all those high priests here preaching morality and Phaneesh's character..pls do a sanity check if you have never ogled before 2. Never drooled at women 3. Dreamt about another woman than yours...If you have not done any of the above..then pls pelt stones at Phaneesh....one thing quite a few of us are good at...whether its the charpoy or corporate chair...reclining and passing comments...read what Phaneesh is saying about the industry and if you are part of the same then gain some insight..else if you are just living off someone else's money then just go browse porn...and 2 words for everyone's lecture on Indian morality...hypocrites...

First please start sending women to school and let them gain education..then we can discuss perverted bosses at work.... everyone seems to be Reka Maximovitch's biographer over here...the topic over here is abt how igate was transformed...
