the tiny piece of land, full of slums, sewage, filth & people that you call Mumbai, Bombay or whatever, is responsible for over 35% of India's national income. If it wasn't for the enterprising nature of the Mumbaiite (regardless of his regional background), this country wouldn't be what it is. All the money that flows out of Mumbai as taxes are used to develop undeserving cities like Delhi etc. to develop them & the resilient Mumbaiite gets nothing. With all this money that it generates, if it still has crumbling infrastructure, Delhi (& its stupid politicians) is to blame. Its just a matter of time friends. Mumbai is now in a doling out mood & this wont last forever. Come hell or high water, this city has it in it to resurge out of every predicament. Enjoy your development days & wait for the dark horse to take lead.
