The author seems to be doing cheating with clients and not doing his duty properly. Many of his clan are saying is bold confession ! But I must say IMPROVE YR BEHAVIOR AND BE GENUINE FINANCE PROFESSIONAL !

Great article. I have been in the industry. Even when you think when u r ethical, you will be doing the nonsense that the author has stated, as peer pressure will force you to do these. These are accepted as normal activities in todays world. Forget the finance industry, what about the industrial sector? Some industries know that they can get away with anything. For example, a pharma company instead of packing tablets to address eye infection, by mistake filled them with diabetes tablets. The result was many deaths. The company is still around. What about the Bhopal tragedy? What about the other MNC industries causing grave degradation to the environment (which they will not be able to do in their own countries). So every industry has its own problem regarding ethics. Many ethics are consciously forgotten. Sadly, finance Industry is no exception.
