He studied in IIM to learn about manageemnt, and then instead of doing marketing for other corporates he is doing for himself and in the process helping thousands of farmers

He is also making career. If becoming servant in some MNC is utilizing the IIM seat according to you, then shame on your intelligence.

With that standrad definition,all are servants one or other way. now he is serving for bank ,loan, interest , money, fame etc. Starting from scratch to catch attention of others - is the career ???
