But in India, they are ignored or marginalised. Middle men and financiers are exploiting them othen driven to commit suicide. It is nice of you to think at grass root level, involving farmers into partnership and giving their due share. There would be many discouraging experiences. treat it as test on your ability to manage crisis and overcome it. Trust and believe farmers; they will help you to grow and earn glory. I do agree with you and join in lauding the efforts of this guy.One humble suggestion. Why can't such guys be honoured by the Government? These are the guys who can usher in a social revolution in the country.Jai Hind and Hats off to you man.
