TCS is treating employees like Nano's

Thing is that they give nano to employee and all the top management take BMWs.

i.e.Salary cut to employee and to media and for Public posts greatest and Robust Results.

Does these discussion have any impact to TCS employee??. If yes then it usefull, otherwise why we r discussion for someone who worries more about job security. then other parameters.
