Even what IT people getting paid today itself is not worth, 50% of people paid for doing nothing! So, this is not big deal! Rather cut the jobs, allow them to do some value addition in other sector if really talented!

He is correct. Please all IT companies change ur policy. inflation not bcoz of IT employees because of people around the IT employees.
