Already, TCS Employees are poorly paid when compared to equal peers. Further cut will affect the morale of the employees. Definitely, quality of TCS products will come down. Instead, they can make 6 day week and execute more orders.

people who are having potential will be paid more, people who have not, will crib more for inclusive exclusive partial bla bla bla

I will come only for 5 day week. And so my team members will also follow me. This idea will not workout.
