Its drama TCS is doing to exploit employees more with showing recession pictures to engineers.
Did TCS paid extra when it was earning huge in last 10 years, these companies have billions of dollors as reserve what they are doing with taht ?
None of the top 10 IT companies re[ported decline as compared to last quarter. TCS is company who used to send engineers on B1 for technical purpose and earning millions, where did that money go.
Its so simple, they want to create fear so that attrition will go down and at the same time they want to pay less with getting the more work done.
If tehy are not able to meet prfits why the hl they don't do lay off ?

Exactly.....On one side they say we continue industry-leading growth & on the other side cut EVAs......so..why do u recruit in hundreds per day?
