Every year all big IT companies cry in the month of Jan/Feb/Mar. The big reason is to not to give good increment or raise to there employee in April. Can anyone think in this way - How come they repeat the same result in Jan/Feb/Mar every year? And everytime the bottom 3-4 layer suffers, there is no effect on upper management.

yes i agree with you. nowadays 1 USD-Rs39. if the 1 USD becomes equal to Rs 45 or above is these companies will hike the salary in according to the USD vs Rupee.?
