Hindu rate of growth

Today's GDP growth should be called the Hindu rate of Growth. What was previously referred to as the Hindu Rate of Growth should be called the "Congress rate of growth" since Congress was running the Govt.

Eh? Meaning now it is the hindus who are running the country, and not the Congress, right?

Disgust for the Congress is all very well. But why this penchant for eating your feet?
