I worked with good, nice bosses too, but they are rare.

U WILL BE ALWAYS GOOD WITH GOOD BOSS WHICH IS NORMAL, BUT TO PROVE GOOD WITH A STRICT AND STUPID BOSS IS VERY DIFFICULT.

I worked only once in my life with a 3rd class Project leader, i worked for that company just for 5 months. It was my worst.

Thanks god, after that i got all good bosses.
