Exactly such a female reporting offcie in the Times oif India. The wrong part is that (physically well built and powerful) female reporting officer in the Times of India was intimidating, completely brain-less but a sychophant, so managed to hold her job, (and continue to physically intimidate and threaten her reportees)

Dilbert classifies bosses into 4 quadrant - based on capability and evilness.

Type 1: Capable and harmless - does not exist
Type 2: Incompetent and harmless - good entertainment value
Type 3: Capable and evil - most dangerous type, try to redirect his evilness to coworkers
Type 4: Incompetent and evil - Most managers belong to this type. That is why you need to read Dilbert to cope up with such bosses
