abt my exp.. now days facing most terible person (my mng)ever..he cant c u happy n when he talks he just insults u 4 no reasons..if u ask 4 leavin at 8 pm also..he ll say so early!!! All senior mng`s knw abt him..but cmpy`s r making money..n they forget ppl values..Hope to c good days soon..when i ll leave this F wrk..n ll be my own boss!!!

Some managers have very bad family life in india and they make sure that others also have the same.I always believed that 8 hours is the max an employee should work and it is upon the manager to see that he or she should not work more than that .I also have worked for 18-20 hours a day for months but I never tell my junior collegues to do that and make sure that only in urgent cases I may ask for their help but try to give extra time for personal work

why canot u go for a job in a govt Bank (if you have age??) you can even scold the manager as well as the customer at the same time.
you can throw the books on the floor and can go home at stroke of 5

in govt job the boss would b still worst..beside sadistic ... i m govt emplyee who submit myself perfectly but my boss bully me as i am sincere where as with tough guy coolegues he asks or comment nothing n give leave librally to them ....unless they r neutral they all sadists.....
