i don't understand why people criticise or degrade there boss as stupid if the boss was so stupid than how come he became boss i wonder i wonder

Everyone knows the following:

Bad bosses rise by unfair means.. buttering the higher up, claiming the brilliant ideas/performance of reportees as his and being YES master to his boss/ ringmaster to his reportees
