Two Golden rules in every office:

RULE no 1: BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT(However stupid he is)
RULE no 2: IF NOT, RULE no 1 APPLIES( So he continues be stupid, idiot and ur boss)

Agree the Two Golden Rules, But

A stupid cant be a BOSS, Nobody in this world wants to work with stupid, it is how you think,

See his all positive quality, Note It, and then distinguish between you and boss

on other side mark all your negative quality of yours and compare it with your boss.

you will get the clear picture.
