The boss is always right? Not any more

Sorry, I disagree. Rule no. 1 still applies. For most of us, changing jobs every time we have differences with our bosses is not an option. A job is not a democracy, and in a disgreement with the boss, who is right and who is wrong is absolutely immaterial.

You are mixing up the issue- here it is Authoritative, Physically intimatading and Abusive Bosses, which are not difficult to find (take just the Times of India case described by a man below your message).
Hope you get a clarity in your mind before you mix up and pen down.
