I thank myself to take this step. I left my arrogant, in-human boss. I am sure people out their might be having similar experiences. Take my word, do not keep on compromising and ruin your life. Take bold steps and JUST QUIT.

If you dont enjoy your job, rather than keep abusing your boss and the company, better quit
But always remember, provided you are not going to start your own business, you will always find a similar chair above you.
Rather than running away from the problems, try to understand your boss. (ref. my message below)

why do we need to understand bulllshit boss who needs to understand subordinates.. nice article.. Leader means leading ... not imposing curfew on people...
