This is the best way for local to any level politician to ' siphon off ' Govt funds.....What is the Accountability....?????? Who will be the beneficiaries of THIS Write Off....?????? Are the Rich Farmers also going to be part of the Scheme..?????????( which unoffically means that the main beneficiary WILL BE THE POLITICIANS since they are the BIGGEST LANDLORDS...!!!!!)
