Advancement of Farm loan at low interest 4% for bringing present land slope from 2.5 - 3 % to .1 - .2 % through the process of land leveling and grading and providing a structure of both impounding and surplussing in black soil of dry land/rainfed lands in deccan plateau is essential to matigate any kind of drought in order to get sustainable higher yield and in preventing migration of small and marginal farmers.
