salaried people have nothing to celebrate .. given the inflation, uncalled taxation on IT industry , rising rupee and petroleum prices. A maasive chunk is ripped off earnings of working class to pay for inefficient government workers and corrupt poiticians. a vast majority of businessmen get away and will continue with murder as far as taxation is concerned. TDS at such rates in a scenario like this is gross injustice to the salaried class.
