yes he is great depriving many states devlopment,new trains etc.Only lalu can do it.

but is it at the cost of messing up future finances and profitability given the fact this is the last budget of this government in this term.......?

So whats wrong? If he had not given a people friendly budget then again u would have cried foul play. And how can u be sure that this is his last budget.
