Don't bring in religion/caste, As there are three levels, higher, middle and lower class. they have considered all these levels. one more thing, they are considering students and sinior citisens, which includes all indians.

The special allowance given by keeping Elections in mind. So sad......... Playing politics everywhere? Are they not Common Indian people? U say budget for Common man n some other services for they means u excluding them from common Indian man.

and special allowance to their family as well ( I think 50 % discount ) because then they will be able match the fare with other families)

I think you have lost your senses.Why not include the christians.A lot of them were converted from SC/ST/BC

that is the irony dear, christians showing off their caste status for government jobs and religion status when about to get admitted in some hospital, missionary school etc.
