I do not see anything that could enthuse the passengers. All tall claims and cliches. They are not able to inaugurate even the trains announced in previous budget, now 63 more trains announced. The projects he has announced may never materialize as his predecessor will find them economically unviable.
Cutting fare by 3-5% would not help. It would further overcrowd the trains and make journey miserable by adding a middle sleeper in 3A and SL class.
Indian public is appreciating RM for a turnaorund they must be ready for cattle like treatment.

boss infrastructure can't b changed overnight. if u feel 5% reduction is not a reduction file exact IT return n give ur contribution to it.
