Well he has once again proposed a people friendly budget. What I want to see is a more eco friendly toilet in all trains.Clean stations. Indian Rail Tracks should not be an open toilet ! He may have reduced the fares on certain trains but then he change the name to super fast which arrives at the same old schedule and charge according to super fast train rates. A profit of 25000Cr. is fantastic. However, did he not reduce the budget for coach repairs/refurbishing and new coaches to 12% from 30% to achieve this great profit?

I had seen people fighting and struggling in General coaches, there should me more general coach for them,It looks horrible when kids crying and parents hanging themself with laguages and kids.

Also the new 90 day advance booking is not good as many people cannot foresee their trip so much in advance. Often students studying in other states are the victims as their exam etc may not be fixed so much in advance. So one is forced to book 90days in advance( Railway keeps our money for 90days and get interest !) and the if we cancel, we pay for cancellation ! Again profit for Railway. Then you have to depend on Tatkal which cost you the earth as you have to shell out for the entire journey. How can that be people friendly?
